We strongly advise that you visit a local jeweller to find your correct finger size before you order a ring online. Make sure you are sized with the same width ring as you intend to purchase as a wider band will feel tighter to wear than a narrower band.
We will always make the ring to the exact size ordered, however, if you find the ring doesn't fit you once it's arrived you can return it to us for resizing.
There will be a charge for this work.
We can only resize a ring one size up or one size down; when we are making a ring larger or smaller the finished ring will not look exactly the same as it did when you purchased it so please double check your size before ordering.
The only exception to this is if we resize a ring half a size larger; there will be no change to the appearance of the ring.
Half a size up is also cheaper and quicker as the work required is less.
HOW TO PURCHASE OUR RESIZING SERVICE:

Once we have received your resizing order we will be expecting your ring to be delivered to us.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR RING FOR RESIZING:
Please return the ring with a Tracked and Insured method of delivery (Royal Mail special delivery) for your own protection as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
If sending from overseas, please clearly mark on the outside of your parcel that the item is being 'Returned to the manufacturer for alteration' (this is for customs reasons).
Please Include in your parcel your return postal address and a note of the ring size you would like the ring resized to.
RETURN DELIVERY:
Resizing will take 3 weeks excluding return delivery time.
A return delivery charge will be added at the checkout.
We will return all orders using:
Special Delivery £12.00 (1-2 day delivery time) For UK
International Signed For £19.00 (approximately four to seven days delivery time) For overseas .
INTERNATIONAL COURIER SURCHARGE: We advise that rings with a value of over £900 should be returned with our Courier option (see the drop down menu).
Please add your phone number at the checkout page for us to pass to the courier for dispatch.
*Some plain rings can be resized by a local jeweller where you live. please check with us first before you order your ring particularly for engraved or carved bands.
We regret that we will only resize rings that have been made by RUST Jewellery.
