We strongly advise that you visit your local jeweller to find your correct finger size before you order a ring online, make sure you are sized with the same width ring as you intend to purchase as a wider band will feel tighter to wear than a narrower band.
We will always make the ring to the exact size ordered, however if you find the ring doesn't fit you once it's arrived you can return it to us for resizing.
We can't guarantee that your ring can be re-sized if you require more than two sizes up or down, so please double check your size before purchasing.

Once we have received your resizing order we will be expecting your ring to be delivered to us.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR RING FOR RESIZING:
Please return the ring with a Tracked and Insured method of delivery for your own protection as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
If sending from overseas, please clearly mark on the outside of your parcel that the item is being 'Returned to the manufacturer for alteration' (this is for customs reasons).
Please Include in your parcel your return postal address and the ring size you would like the ring resized.
RETURN DELIVERY:
Resizing will take 3 weeks excluding return delivery time.
A return delivery charge will be added at the checkout.
We will return all orders using:
Special Delivery £11.00 (1-2 day delivery time) For UK
International Signed For £18.00 (approximately four to seven days delivery time) For EU countries
International Signed For £25.00 (approximately ten to fourteen days delivery time) For Non-EU countries
INTERNATIONAL COURIER SURCHARGE: We advise that rings with a value of over £900 should be returned with our Courier option (see the drop down menu).
